Penn Station Phase 1
The existing 34th Street entrance to New York Penn Station is used by thousands of commuters daily.
To alleviate congestion,
the New York Metropolitan Authority (MTA) build a new entrance directly connecting to the Long Island Rail Road corridor from the street level near 33rd Street.
Cantos Inc. scope of work included
the design and engineering study for this new entrance. To be more specific Cantos Inc. performed laser scanning of the difficult locations by using
LiDAR point cloud
technology. We took the data and integrated into the existing Building Information Modeling
