Project Management for NYC Subway Station

The existing subway structure for the 8th Avenue Line consists primarily of steel framed roof beams, side columns and intermediate columns 5-ft on center with concrete arches on roofs and sidewalls transferring load. NYCT’s Maintenance of Way (MOW) previously performed periodic inspections and documented component defects along the 8th Avenue Line requiring repair.

The existing Tunnel Lighting Room is located at 7th Ave Station on the E Line, which currently provides power distribution for the existing tunnel lighting fixtures and receptacles.
